Responsibilities
- Document ticketing-focused specialist tasks with supplier coordination, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within Philippine travel/DMC operations.
- Maintain Shroff travel role documentation with status tracking, adhering to a ticketing-focused, specialized-execution work profile.
- Reconcile reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for all ticketing-related tasks.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting, maintaining clarity on source, owner, status, and next steps for all actions.
- Review quality control with workflow management, ensuring completed work is traceable, unresolved items have owners, and errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.
Requirements
- Use Shroff Travel Workflow Context and Travel Planning confidently to support ticketing tasks within Philippine travel/DMC operations.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in a ticketing-focused workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning and accountability.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when ticketing tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs combine issue escalation, exception tracking, and documentation to keep work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
