Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate ticketing tasks with suppliers, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Document all role-related activities with status tracking for transparency and accountability.
- Maintain reservation systems with strict deadline management to ensure timely execution.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting to maintain accuracy and traceability.
- Coordinate quality control and workflow management to surface errors before they lead to rework.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level position. Work is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
