Qualifications
- Customer service experience with a commitment to creating positive experiences.
- Proficient with computers including databases (Experience with Tessitura and Microsoft Office is an asset).
- Enjoy working with people and have compassion, patience, professionalism, and follow-through to provide outstanding customer care.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude.
- Energetic and able to contribute well within a team environment.
- Detail oriented and thorough to ensure no errors are made.
- A minimum of 18 years of age.
- Able to work evening and weekend shifts.
