About the role

This part-time position provides exemplary customer service to patrons calling or visiting the venue.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in purchasing event, show, and concert tickets.
• Handle guest inquiries at the box office window and/or phone.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests.
• Run, review, and settle daily sales reports.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
