About the role

Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, you will be the face of William Hill U.S.'s retail operation. Your primary responsibilities include providing high-level customer service to both regulars and "novice bettors" to ensure they feel welcomed. You will also assist customers in making informed, responsible decisions regarding their sports wagering through advice and answering questions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Help novice bettors understand and make informed decisions about sports betting
• Answer customer questions about the menu of sports betting options
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
