Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue through the sale of new and renewal ticket products, including season tickets, partial plans, and group tickets, by proactively renewing current full and partial season ticket holders through phone and email communication. Establish professional relationships for repeat business and superior customer service. Use cold calling, appointments, and social selling as tools to sell season, group, and partial ticket plan packages. Creatively prospects for new business opportunities that will grow Marquette's season ticket and group client base. Maintain and complete accurate records for customers.
  • Staff Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, and Women's volleyball home games to facilitate group experiences and/or promote upcoming games/ticket packages. Participate in outside networking events to gain additional business and develop relationships with new leads.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • At least one year of relevant working experience
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem solve
  • Work efficiently in a team-oriented setting and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize their workload

Pay

The position pays $X per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The position is available on a First Shift (Day) schedule, with hours of 40 per week.
