Responsibilities
- Aid Ticket Sales Managers in executing various ticket sales events.
- Perform data entry to grow sales databases.
- Update customer information in CRM.
- Research and generate sales leads.
- Participate in providing outstanding customer service experiences to all guests of the organization both on and off-site.
- Create and distribute sales collateral.
- Plan and implement different group-themed events.
- Set up community activations and special events.
- Participate in community appearances.
- Contribute to arena and office administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A strong interest in learning and participating in sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent teammate who contributes to a positive culture and desires to learn.
- Positive demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Meticulously organized and skilled in time management.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work efficiently in a multifaceted, collaborative workplace.
Pay
This role pays $16/hour plus commission eligibility and requires flexible work hours.
Schedule
The Windy City Bulls offer a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
