About the role

Join a dynamic team at TMG Officesservices where you'll contribute to the seamless operation of our ticket management system. We're looking for a Ticket Management Associate who can handle incoming requests efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service tickets promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Update ticket statuses and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Ensure all tickets are resolved within agreed-upon timeframes.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
