About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service tickets promptly and accurately.
- Resolve issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Update ticket statuses and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Ensure all tickets are resolved within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
