Responsibilities
- Provide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environment.
- Engage and educate Guests about SMG.
- Greet each Guest, understand their needs, process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, provide correct change, and thank them for their business.
- Safeguard all cash, receipts, and tickets to maintain security.
- Enforce movie rating guidelines courteously and professionally.
- Distribute and verify the proper functioning of 3D glasses, ensuring Guests understand how to use them, if applicable.
- Adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment for both staff and Guests.
- Take on additional duties and opportunities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- At least 1 year of previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Able to effectively communicate in English (verbal or written).
- Maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods (6 to 9 hours).
- Able to frequently bend, kneel, reach or twist.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Adherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
