Thrift Store Associate

About the role

We have two departments at this location for which you could be considered. The Sales Floor involves ringing up customers, answering questions at checkout, and making every transaction feel easy. Helping customers discover items and creating a welcoming experience on the floor is also part of the job. Keeping your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing is crucial. Merchandising donated goods so every corner of the floor stays fresh and shoppable is another important task.

Responsibilities

• Credit card processing
• Customer service
• Inventory management
• Organizing and stocking shelves
• Assisting with backroom operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a genuine teamwork mindset
• On-time arrival and readiness to support the team
• An inquisitive and eager-to-learn approach
• Comfortable standing and capable of handling physical tasks such as lifting and organizing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Pay

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule

Part-time shifts that work around school, life, and everything else or full-time shifts that provide stability but also require your open availability.
