Responsibilities

You may be considered for one of two departments:

• Sales Floor
  • Ring up customers, answer questions at checkout, and ensure smooth transactions
  • Help customers discover items and create a welcoming in-store experience
  • Keep your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing
  • Merchandise donated goods to maintain a fresh and shoppable floor
• Backroom & Processing
  • Sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately
  • Prepare goods for the sales floor by organizing and tagging
  • Keep the backroom running efficiently to ensure the sales floor is always stocked

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a genuine teamwork mindset
• Reliable attendance and readiness to support your team
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn on the job
• Comfort working on your feet and handling physical tasks such as lifting and organizing

Depending on the position, a pre-hire physical may be required as part of onboarding.

Pay

$14.50 – $15.50 per hour
