Three Stacks Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all FOH areas
• Adhere to Family Style Service
• Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees
• Demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations
• Supervise and perform the performance of the FOH restaurant staff on a shift basis
• Ensure exemplary guest satisfaction
• Assist and advise other departments and company personnel
• Direct or perform training, implementation and follow through of all training materials
• Review staffing levels daily to maintain and control costs
• Achieve the best food and service experience for the guests
• Assist management in staff interviews, hires, evaluations and coaching
• Assist management in maintaining cost through proper controls, inventory control and ordering
• Completes all company-required training within designated time frames
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• $22 per hour wage
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Customer service skills
• Resilience to handle difficult situations
• Ability to train and coach employees
• Knowledge of sanitation and nutrition practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
