Three Sisters Market Barista

About the role

Provide excellent service to guests in a deli-style food and beverage venue offering ready-to-eat food options, snacks, quick-prep food, ready-to-serve beverages, and specialty made-to-order beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take food and drink orders, prepare and deliver orders to CCCH specifications and standards.
• Operate all food and drink equipment correctly and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of venue including tables, chairs, floors, counters, and food preparation areas.
• Maintain appropriate inventory items (paper, plastic, food, ice, condiments, etc.).
• Adhere to all food, alcohol, health, safety, and CCCH policies and procedures.
• Process accurate payment transactions, issue correct change, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months’ experience in the food industry required; barista experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and present a professional and personable demeanor.
• Must be able to maintain composure in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Required to have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications.
• Must be 18+ years old and available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.

• Preferred Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
