Three Peaks Bartender

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while mixing and serving food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to patrons.
• Support and maintain the Mission, Vision and Values of Casino.
• Prepare cocktails for cocktail servers and guests using prescribed recipes.
• Maintain equipment in an orderly manner and advise the Beverage Manager of any equipment needs or repairs required.
• Interact with guests in a manner that makes them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Comply with company vision and mission to provide top-notch customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Monitor proper par levels of all supplies at assigned bars.
• Communicate any problems or situations detrimental to property to the immediate supervisor.
• Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned bank and accountable for all overages and shortages.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of and ability to mix a wide variety of drinks.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels.
• Gaming License Required: Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
