Threat Management Specialist Director

We are seeking a Specialist Director, Threat Management to lead our security operations within our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies and roadmaps for Threat Management and MDR services, encompassing detection engineering, threat hunting, threat intelligence, incident response, automation, and service modernization.
• Lead security platform operations across endpoint, network, cloud, data, email, SIEM, and SOAR technologies to ensure governance, reliability, and 24/7 readiness.
• Enhance cyber defense through integrated telemetry, detection capabilities, streamlined triage, and response automation.
• Build and mature managed security services by establishing operating models, onboarding frameworks, governance, runbooks, and automation workflows.
• Advise senior stakeholders on security strategies, platform health, and cyber defense outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams of analysts, engineers, threat hunters, and service professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in cybersecurity, with leadership experience in security operations, MDR, threat management, or cyber defense.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
• Deep expertise in NDR, detection engineering, network telemetry, IDS/IPS, SIEM/SOAR, and threat‑informed defense.
• Experience managing 24/7 security operations, incident response, service reliability, and SLA/KPI performance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience advising C‑level executives.
• Expertise in MDR, threat management, EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, and cyber service delivery.
