Thoracic Radiologist with Interest in Cardiac Imaging w/ flexible scheduling & Commencement Bonus | Connecticut License
Jefferson Radiology is actively recruiting a Thoracic Radiologist to support our growing practice in Connecticut. The ideal candidate would also interpret Cardiac CT studies from hospital and outpatient settings. We operate on a hybrid-subspecialty model allowing radiologists to self-select a personalized level of sub-specialization with a hybrid general-Body position.

- Thoracic or Cardiovascular trained or completed a Thoracic or Cardiovascular fellowship
- Comfortable interpreting CT cardiac cases; body imaging across all modalities is a plus
- Flexible scheduling and remote reading opportunities
- Ample opportunities for teaching and working with residents, if desired. Option to work with our on-site Radiology residency program at Hartford Hospital, as well as teaching for the University of Connecticut and St. Vincent’s Hospital

Jefferson Radiology, established in 1963, is a 90+ physician subspecialty group practice with 400+ non-physician staff members based in Connecticut, covering multiple imaging centers, community hospitals, and tertiary-academic centers. We have developed a unified, enterprise PACS with home workstations for all physicians, a state-of-the-art cloud-based system with AI tools and workflow enhancement solutions to optimize patient care and radiologist effectiveness. We offer flexible/personalized partnership track staffing models that range between 3-5 day-per-week models. Our practice supports a 20-person residency.

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO)
- Board Eligible or Certified, American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
- Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Radiology Program
- Thoracic and/or Cardiovascular trained or fellowship trained
- Practice will assist in obtaining required medical licenses

Pay
The salary range for this position is $600,000 with productivity incentives up to $1,000,000 annually. The base salary is $625,000 for on-site and $600,000 for remote roles. Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
Commencement and/or retention bonuses up to $100,000 collectively.
