About the role

Newly Weds Foods provides premium ingredients to some of the biggest brand names in the country! We are seeking a Third Shift Bulk Loader to join our warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product and pull sample from tanker for quality control to inspect
• Inspect truck for cleanliness and ensure no seals have been broken
• Interact with truck drivers and work with them to ensure the truck is pumped out in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain pressure gauges during the pump process and inspect all critical control points every 30 minutes to ensure the pump process is going smoothly and safely
• Able to learn how to trouble shoot the pumping process when issues come up and know when to escalate them to warehouse or maintenance
• Communicate any non-conforming situation to a supervisor on duty
• Maintain work area in a clean/safe manner. Report any non-conformance
• Wear appropriate safety equipment as required
• Any other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school, or equivalent, education
• Knowledge about manufacturing food preferred
• Able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing and have good mathematical skills
• Able to wear a fall protection harness and comfortable climbing the ladder to the side of a tanker truck to take a sample for quality control
