About the role

The Third-Party Integrations Success Manager will manage, monitor, and optimize relationships and processes with internal teams and third-party integration partners from acquisitions that are not current or prospective marketplace partners. This role acts as a liaison for the developer portal and integration business case management, owning the business lifecycle of integrations generated through internal Sales for integrations on the Ready to Sell list. The position leads cross-functional projects, manages relationships, and ensures reliable vetting, data flows, and processes while building rapport with Channel Sales, Field Sales, and other teams to facilitate growth and business case justification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with internal Sales teams (Channel and Field Sales), Product, Integration Implementation, and Integration Support to ensure knowledge sharing, documentation, and rollout for all third parties on the Ready to Sell list.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for integration requests from internal Sales teams for items on the Ready to Sell list.
  • Lead the business case management process for requested integrations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business integration needs into vetted, secure integration solutions.
  • Maintain business case integration documentation and processes.
  • Act as a liaison for the developer portal with Product teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to educate and inform on integration processes for third parties.
  • Coordinate and manage additional projects as requested.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with system integration, methodology, and terminology.
  • Demonstrated success managing third-party relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of various integration types such as API, export, EDI, etc.
  • General knowledge of HCM, payroll, or benefits industry.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

Less than 10%.
