Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and customer support.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely and efficiently.
• Merchandise and stock products as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness: restock bathrooms, sweep/mop floors, take out trash, and ensure all areas are neat.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register while ensuring security of cash and company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
