About the role

T.I.M. Manufacturing Co is seeking a skilled Thermoplastic Press Operator – In-Process Inspection to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining thermoplastic presses while performing in-process inspections to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain thermoplastic presses
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Work closely with other operators and supervisors to maintain production schedules

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Experience with thermoplastic presses
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
