Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking a Product Specialist for the ThermoDrive product line to drive strategic sales, manage key accounts, and collaborate with industry sales representatives in the North America market. This role reports to the ThermoDrive Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Execute sales strategies to launch and scale new ThermoDrive products, services, and high-potential applications across the food industry.
  • Support Key Accounts: Directly manage and nurture high-value account relationships to capture major commercial opportunities.
  • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate within Intralox’s team-selling model to support industry teams, account managers, and regional customer needs.
  • Translate Technical Value: Connect ThermoDrive’s technical and hygienic advantages into compelling commercial messaging that delivers customer value.
  • Train & Enable Sales: Lead ThermoDrive product training and share best practices, updates, and market insights across the sales organization.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Deeply understand food industry trends and target markets to qualify and prioritize the best business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Technical & Industry Experience: 5+ years in sales engineering, application support, or hands-on equipment roles in food processing, with a solid foundation in conveyor systems.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel to customer facilities and plant sites (estimated 70%+).
