Internship Assignment

• Full Time – Summer 2027
• Start date: 05/17/2027
• Support production and continuous improvement initiatives within the Thermal Treat department
• Focus on monitoring process performance, tracking production delays, analyzing productivity, and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Work directly with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, throughput, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
• Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
• Preferred majors: Material Science, Metallurgical Engineering, or related
