Thermal Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Research and develop new methods of producing thermal ground planes and other advanced thermal management devices.
• Design, develop, prototype, and perform quality assurance testing of thermal products manufactured by Kelvin Thermal.
• Emphasize improvement in heat transfer performance, reliability, and advancement of Kelvin Thermal's proprietary vapor chamber and heat spreader technology.

Requirements

• U.S. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
