Therapy Team Leader

About the role

This position leads the therapy team in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, coordinating interdisciplinary care to promote optimal patient recovery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary rehabilitation care to promote optimal patient recovery.
• Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff and collaborate with physicians and nurses.
• Develop and ensure adherence to individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, monitor quality and safety standards, and support staff development.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with relevant licensure.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to oversee clinical workflows and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
