About the Role
Responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting. Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, monitors patient progress, and adjusts therapies as needed. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and educates patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
Preferred Skills
- Travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with MDS documentation and SNF reimbursement models
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including modified barium swallow studies
