About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at an inpatient rehabilitation facility in beautiful San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, as well as general independence, to persons with disabilities or developmental delays.
• Gain confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring and care, and effective communication.
• Adequately adhere to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.

Requirements

• OT Licensure
• BLS (AHA)
• 2 years of experience in an inpatient rehab facility

Shift Details

• 5 x 8 Days
• 0730-1600
• No on call
• One weekend shift required per month
