About the Role
Manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patients in an acute care setting, providing therapeutic services to support patient recovery. Maintain an average patient load of 40 within a facility with an average census of 120. Meet productivity expectations of 50%, typical for acute care. Be flexible with work schedules, including occasional weekend work with compensatory time off.
Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with background checks and fingerprinting requirements

Requirements
- Experience in acute care preferred but not mandatory
- Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a collaborative attitude
