About the Role

Licensed professional responsible for delivering outpatient occupational therapy services to pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, and planning individualized treatment to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Documenting current functional status through clinical observations, caregiver reports, standardized tests, and occupational profiles.
• Analyzing information to address foundational deficits impacting skill development.
• Providing therapy sessions focused on sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, self-help, fine and gross motor, play, and behavioral skills.
• Collaborating with families and caregivers both in-clinic and within the community.
• Modifying treatment goals as needed and documenting family involvement.

Qualifications

• A master's degree from an accredited OT program.
• Pediatric experience is preferred.

Skills

• Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual needs.
