About the role
The Therapy Manager oversees therapy services within a new 52-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital, working alongside the Director of Therapy Services to ensure optimal departmental and organizational integration.
Responsibilities
- Supervising therapy evaluations, treatments, and modalities
- Maintaining high-quality patient care
- Participating in performance improvement and program development activities
- Contributing to budget planning
- Enhancing cost-effectiveness
- Fostering positive relationships with staff and patients
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech Pathologist, or as an Occupational or Physical Therapy Assistant
- Relevant healthcare management degree
- At least two years of treatment experience, preferably in inpatient rehab
- Leadership experience desirable
- BLS/CPR certification
- Relevant licensure
