About the role
Treatment CNA (Therapy Aide) positions are available at Edgewater Woods. These roles are full-time, working Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM.
Responsibilities
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Provide nursing services including physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Collaborate with therapy and other facility teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
- Communicate respectfully and positively in a work environment.
Requirements
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
- Physical stamina to perform nursing services.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
