Who We Are

RFS Behavioral Health partners with schools, families, and communities to provide accessible behavioral health services that support students both academically and emotionally. Our team works directly within school settings to help children and adolescents develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen social skills, and successfully navigate life's challenges.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one support to students throughout the school day
• Work closely with therapists, educators, families, and treatment teams
• Assist students with emotional regulation and coping skills
• Support positive behavior development and social skill building
• Help students overcome barriers that impact academic success
• Collaborate with therapists, school personnel, and families
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Encourage student growth, resilience, and self-confidence

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Education, Counseling, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• OR Relevant experience working with children, adolescents, behavioral health, education, social services, mentoring, coaching, or youth programs
