As we continue to grow to meet the rising demand for mental health services, we're expanding our multidisciplinary clinical team — and we're looking for dedicated therapists (LCSWs, LCPC's, LSW's, and LPC's) who want to make a real impact. Responsibilities

• Perform professional diagnostic intake assessments to evaluate a variety of mental health and behavioral conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
• Provide comprehensive, evidenced based psychotherapeutic interventions both in-person and via secure telehealth.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers.
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if necessary.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling or Social Work.
• Active Clinical Mental Health License (LCSW or LPC) in adherence with state board requirements.
• Previous experience working with evidence based modalities, interventions and treatment plan formulation.
• Prior experience providing individual therapy with adolescents and adult populations required.
