About the Role
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Therapy Team Leader in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage caseloads and oversee treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological, and complex medical conditions
- Coordinate with an interdisciplinary rehab team
- Mentor SLP staff and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance
- Uphold evidence-based practice to optimize patient outcomes
- Lead a therapy team, manage patient caseloads, ensure quality care, and support staff development to positively influence patient recovery outcomes
