Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

About the Role

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care—helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients
  • Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable)
  • Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons served
  • Provide triage services during Open Access hours, when needed
  • Deliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each person
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations
  • Interface and coordinate care with other internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound support
  • Offer crisis intervention services during daytime hours per agency protocol
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities
  • Provide licensure supervision (if applicable)
  • Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectations
  • Attend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology required
  • Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
