Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and treatment planning
• Provide individual counseling and patient access to individualized treatment
• Participate in an integrated healthcare network to deliver high-quality patient care
• Work side-by-side with medical and behavioral health professionals
• Coordinate with care coordinators to provide wrap-around services
• Engage in weekly individual supervision

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC required)
• Competency or training in mental health, substance use disorder treatment, and co-occurring disorders
