Therapist - Outpatient - Day Shift

About the role

Coastal Harbor Health System offers compassionate patient care in Savannah, GA, including a 145-bed hospital for children and adolescents and a 50-bed inpatient hospital for adults. The role is based at Coastal Harbor Health System.

Responsibilities

• Affirmation of completion of all initial assessments for assigned patient groups.
• Completion of psychosocial histories on all assigned patients, including notifying other disciplines of omissions and contacting support systems for additional information.
• Ensuring the development of the master treatment plan within 72 hours of admission.
• Development and implementation of individualized crisis plans for assigned patients.
• Providing clinical oversight to ensure treatment plan interventions are followed.
• Maintaining collaboration with the Admission Department for initial screenings.
• Providing appropriate backup for assessments when needed.
• Ensuring group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy coverage is provided according to schedule and patient needs.

Requirements

• Licensed (or license eligible) Clinician in the state of GA.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Previous heavy data entry experience.
• Experience in inpatient settings preferred.
