Therapist MSW PRN Behavior

About the Role

The Therapist (Licensed) will work with patients and their families, providing social assessments, individual, family, marital, and group counseling, patient/family education, discharge planning, and other therapeutic modalities as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct social assessments for patients and families.
• Provide individual, family, marital, and group therapy.
• Deliver patient and family education.
• Develop and implement discharge planning.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities as needed.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Master’s Degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
• Must be licensed through the State of Texas (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPA, or LPCI).
• Experience in a healthcare or psychiatric setting preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Demonstrate commitment and adherence to compliance programs, policies, and procedures, including the Code of Conduct.
• Immediately report suspected compliance issues to the Compliance Officer.
• Attendance at required compliance training.
