About the role
We’re looking for a licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) who shares our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. This role offers opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy, including Telehealth. We welcome BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ applicants.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (e.g., treatment plan reviews, case notes) according to company policy.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in the community.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
- Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
- Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.

Pay
$65,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
