The Therapist provides access to therapeutic treatment and education to improve skills while helping clients achieve their optimal level of emotional health. Qualifications Job Requirements: Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related mental health field. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience in individual, family and group therapies. Experience in crisis intervention is desired. Must have strong clinical assessment skills.
