THERAPIST IOP FT - Multiple Shift Options & Remote Available

About the role

Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist for their Intensive Outpatient Program. The program offers multiple shift options and remote availability.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial assessment upon admission
• Case management and treatment planning
• Group, individual and family sessions
• Aftcare coordination
• Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner
• Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field
• A minimum of one (1) year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred
• Licensure required. LSW, LMHCa or equivalent; LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
• May be required to work flexible hours
