Therapist (Independent Contractor) | Highland Springs Specialty Clinic

About the role

The Independent Contractor (IC) Therapist at Highland Springs | HSSC Boise is required to hold a full license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC).

Responsibilities

• Build trust and rapport with clients
• Develop specialized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals
• Provide individual psychotherapy and use evidence-based treatment approaches
• Engage positively with clients and assist in creating collaborative care
• Use different therapy modalities to offer hope, help, and healing throughout the treatment process

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current certification as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC
• At least 2 years of experience in social services
• At least 2 years of experience providing customer service
• Licensed or willing to obtain licensure in the State of Idaho

Pay

$50-53 per reimbursed hour or session, provided $1,000 retention sign-on bonus.
