About the role
Seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join a community-based mental health team. Under supervision, you will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy, deliver psychoeducation, maintain accurate documentation, participate in team meetings, collaborate with community partners, and utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices. This role focuses primarily on individual therapy, with occasional group opportunities. Flexible hybrid work schedule includes onsite and telehealth days, with the requirement of one evening appointment weekly.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Practicum experience
- Eligibility for or current holding of an “In Training” license
