About the role
We are seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join our outpatient mental health team, primarily focusing on individual therapy services. Under supervision, you will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, provide psychotherapy, and deliver psychoeducation. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, participating in team meetings, collaborating with community partners, and engaging in professional development.
Schedule
The position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment with onsite and telehealth options, and requires one evening appointment per week.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Practicum experience
- Eligibility for or holding a Wisconsin "In Training" license
