Therapist - In Training

About the role

Under supervision, the therapist will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy and counseling, deliver psychoeducation and skill-building interventions, maintain accurate documentation, participate in team meetings and collaborate with community partners, engage in ongoing supervision and professional growth, and utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices. This role emphasizes individual therapy services, with occasional group opportunities.

Schedule

Flexible hybrid work schedule with onsite and telehealth options, including one evening appointment weekly. Schedules are flexible and should remain consistent for client care continuity.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Practicum experience
• Eligibility for or current Wisconsin "In Training" licensure (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT)
