About the role
The Therapist I (ACMHC, AMFT, CSW, CSW-I, LMSW) conducts mental health assessments, develops individualized care plans, and delivers evidence-based psychotherapy interventions. The Therapist collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to prioritize client care and achieve treatment objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conducts assessments to diagnose mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Directs clients’ care by developing, implementing, and managing personalized care plans with specific treatment goals and objectives for each client
- Provides therapy sessions for individuals, groups, families, and provide crisis support using approved evidence-based tools to effectively enhance treatment
- Follows agency documentation policies for all phases of treatment, including assessments, care plans, treatment transitions and discharge plans, and client care
- Collaborates with internal and external multidisciplinary teams regarding clinical aspects of treatment
- Adheres to ethical and legal standards set by licensing boards and state regulations
- Mets direct care expectations
- Participates in ongoing professional development activities to meet licensure, certification, and/or other agency requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree – Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent
- Licenses/Certificates: ACMHC, AMFT, BCBA, CSW, CSW-I, LMSW licensure in state of practice
- Agency provided certifications

- Compensation: Range starts at $65,020 annually (pay calculated based on years of licensed experience)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
