We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting and extract content. Let's identify sections: - About the role: description of role, impact, dyadic therapy, etc. We'll put that in

About the role

with

paragraphs. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Essential Duties). Use

  • . - Requirements: maybe qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications Requirements:" with bullet-like paragraphs. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what content goes where. We have: Qualifications Requirements: Unlicensed Therapist or Psychologist: Master’s or Doctoral degree ... Must obtain a mental health Candidate Permit ... Preferred: At least one year of clinical experience... Licensed Therapist or Psychologist: At least two years of clinical experience... Professional licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Licensed Psychologist... Colorado Licensure Requirement... Knowledge of theories... Ability to learn and utilize an electronic health record... Solid understanding... Knowledge of DSM-V... Ability to understand... Ability to document... Required Vaccination And TB Test. That seems like qualifications/requirements. Could split into Requirements (education, licensure, experience) and Qualifications (skills, knowledge). But we can combine. Skills: maybe "Ability to learn and utilize an electronic health record", "Solid understanding of mental illness", "Knowledge of DSM-V", "Ability to understand and effectively respond to all client presentations and crisis situations", "Ability to document interactions". Could be Skills. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: salary ranges and bilingual differential. Schedule: description of schedule. We must not include sections with placeholder or vague like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, mission, vision, core values, equal opportunity employer, etc. Remove those. Also remove "Our Mission, Vision and Core Values." etc. Also remove "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer." etc. Also remove "Additional Perks." maybe include as part of Benefits? It lists Quality Supervision, Loan Forgiveness, Continued learning benefit, etc. Those are perks/benefits. Could include in Benefits section. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like salary ranges, bilingual differential, schedule details, term-limited position through June 30, 2031, grant-funded, etc. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:

    About the role

Join Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) and make a lasting impact on the lives of young children and families as a Master's level Unlicensed Therapist (MA in Counseling with a Candidate Permit - LPCC, SWC/LSW, or MFT-C), Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT), or an Unlicensed/Licensed Psychologist with our Early Childhood and Family Center (ECFC). In this unique role, you will provide both dyadic therapy and infant and early childhood mental health consultation services to children ages 0–6, their caregivers, and community partners, helping strengthen caregiver-child relationships and promote healthy social-emotional development. As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team spanning outpatient therapy, early childhood consultation, and family peer support, you will support families across the full continuum of care, from prevention and education to intervention and treatment. This position combines grant-funded consultation work through Nurturing Connections Colorado with outpatient billable services, offering a dynamic opportunity to partner with early care and education providers, caregivers, and community organizations.

Maybe also include term-limited position details? That could be in About the role or maybe a separate section? Could be part of About the role. But we have Schedule, Pay, Benefits sections. Term-limited position details: full-time, benefits-eligible, grant-funded position with a current term through June 30, 2031, based on grant. Could be placed in About the role or maybe a separate "Position Details" but not in list. Since we only have predefined headings, we could incorporate into About the role. But we must not invent headings not listed. So we can add that info into About the role paragraph. Now Responsibilities: Essential Duties list. We need to extract each duty sentence. List: - Facilitate recovery and optimal quality of life in clients with behavioral health concerns by providing clinical services, case management, and education. - In collaboration with the client, create and carry out a consistent plan of treatment, from intake and assessment to closure. - Conduct diagnostic assessments, individual, family, and/or group therapy with assigned clients. - Develop and monitor treatment plans; update at required intervals. - Consult with internal and external professionals and collaterals to ensure access to needed services and proactive coordination of care. - Provide clinical case-management services as needed. - Provide crisis intervention as appropriate. - Provide comprehensive clinical services designed to decrease symptoms and improve quality of life. - Assist clients in evaluating strengths and symptoms, and set their own goals. - Guide and instruct clients in coping skills. - Offer consultation to community partners and providers. - Ensure that billing information is up-to-date for assigned clients. Seek insurance authorization for services as required. - Write reports and other correspondence, as necessary, and with appropriate releases. - Complete all requests to provide the necessary information and undertake the required activities to ensure timely and ongoing credentialing with third party payers. - Monitor and coordinate care for assigned clients in partnership with the other members of the client's care team. We'll put each as
  • . Now Requirements: maybe education, licensure, experience. We can extract: - Master’s or Doctoral degree in professional counseling from a program accredited by APA, CACREP, or CSWE. - Must obtain a mental health Candidate Permit (e.g., LPCC, PSYC, MFTC, SWC/LSW) within 30 days of hire and actively pursue an independent clinical license (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LCSW). AMHR will provide quality supervision for clinical hours towards licensure at no cost to the employee. - Preferred: At least one year of clinical experience providing care to the appropriate client population, including diagnosing, conducting intake assessments, and delivering individual, family, or group therapy. - For Licensed Therapist or Psychologist: At least two years of clinical experience providing care, including conducting individual, family, and/or group therapy. - Professional licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PSYD) – or equivalent licensure in another state with the intent to transfer. - Colorado Licensure Requirement: If you currently hold an out-of-state license, it is a condition of employment that you obtain the appropriate Colorado licensure through the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) within 30 days of your hire date. - Knowledge of theories and evidence-based practices related to clinical treatment. - Ability to learn and utilize an electronic health record with proficiency. - Solid understanding of mental illness and treatment modalities within a multidisciplinary approach. - Knowledge of DSM-V. - Ability to understand and effectively respond to all client presentations and crisis situations. - Ability to document interactions with clients, other agencies, and mental health professionals. - Required Vaccination And TB Test: annual influenza (flu) shot and present a negative TB test result before first day; proof required on first day; medical and religious exemptions can be requested. We could separate into Requirements (education, licensure, experience) and Qualifications (knowledge, abilities). But we have both sections available. Let's decide: Requirements: education, licensure, experience, vaccination. Qualifications: knowledge of theories, EHR proficiency, solid understanding, DSM-V, ability to respond, documentation. Skills: maybe ability to learn EHR, ability to document, ability to respond? Overlap. But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we put all under Requirements and Qualifications combined? But we need to follow instruction: use sections only when posting has real specific content. We can have multiple sections. Let's allocate: - Requirements: education, licensure, experience, vaccination. - Qualifications: knowledge of theories and evidence-based practices, ability to learn and utilize EHR, solid understanding of mental illness, knowledge of DSM-V, ability to understand and respond to client presentations/crisis, ability to document interactions. - Skills: maybe "Ability to learn and utilize an electronic health record with proficiency" already in Qualifications; maybe we could treat Skills as "Ability to learn and utilize an electronic health record with proficiency", "Solid understanding of mental illness and treatment modalities", "Knowledge of DSM-V", "Ability to understand and effectively respond to all client presentations and crisis situations", "Ability to document interactions". But that duplicates. Better to have Qualifications cover knowledge/abilities, and Skills maybe not needed. But we need to include a section only if there is real specific content. If we think Skills overlaps, we could omit Skills section. But we have Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections definitely. Let's craft:
