About the role

The McNabb Center is seeking Master’s-Level Therapists and Counselors to join our mission of improving the lives of the people we serve. We offer a variety of master’s-level opportunities across Knox, Blount, and Anderson Counties, Tennessee.

Areas of Opportunity

• Outpatient Therapy: Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for individuals and families. Services are provided in both clinic and community-based settings.
• SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT: Support recovery through screenings, intakes, individual and group therapy, and referrals for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
• Victim Services: Provide outreach, therapeutic counseling, and crisis response to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other trauma.
• RESIDENTIAL SERVICES: Offer a structured environment for recovery from co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, providing individual and group therapy, education, and aftercare planning.
• Crisis Services: Conduct assessments, provide immediate intervention, and coordinate aftercare for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises.

Base Salary

Starting salaries range from $51,137 to $60,232 annually, with increases based on licensure, experience, and education.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle for travel
• PRN/As-Needed opportunities available
• Salary influenced by education, licensure, client acuity, and travel/on-call requirements
• Shift Differential available for evening and overnight shifts
