Position Details
Full-Time. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work Setting: On-site.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling services to clients with diverse mental health concerns.
- Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and multidisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
- License eligible or currently licensed (LPC, Provisional LPC, LGSW, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and professional ethics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using electronic documentation systems and standard computer applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma-informed practices.
- Passion for continuous learning and integrating new therapeutic approaches.
- Strong self-awareness, professionalism, and commitment to self-care.
