About the role

The opportunity is to join the founding clinical team for our new Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation to clients enrolled in PHP and IOP programming.
• Participate in daily treatment team meetings, contributing clinical insight to treatment planning and level-of-care decisions.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director, clinical leadership, and care coordination staff to support smooth client flow and positive outcomes.
• Build relationships with referral partners and represent the program with professionalism in the community.
• Contribute to a program culture rooted in empathy, accountability, and high-quality care.

Requirements

• Required: Active Wisconsin APSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-IT, LMFT, or LMFT-IT license in good standing.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a PHP, IOP, or other structured outpatient behavioral health program.
• Preferred: Experience with substance use disorder treatment alongside mental health programming.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Wisconsin DHS behavioral health licensing and payer credentialing requirements.

Benefits

$60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with licensure and experience. This is a direct hire with Wisconsin Behavioral Health.
