As a Therapist, you will guide patients through therapeutic processes at an IOP level of care, ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic clinical team. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including ASAM forms, biopsychosocial assessments, and applicable evaluations.
• Identify treatment needs and integrate findings into collaborative, measurable treatment plans with patients.
• Document and update treatment plans and clinical records in adherence to program, regulatory, and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain regular contact with referral sources and family members to provide progress updates and facilitate support.
• Lead and facilitate individual and group sessions, including daily process groups and multidisciplinary treatment reviews.
• Coordinate resources and develop post-discharge plans to support patients with legal, financial, and vocational needs.
• Apply clinical judgment and intervention skills in crisis situations, including risk assessments and de-escalation.
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse patient needs and build rapport through strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or a related human services major.
• Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active LHMC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern in Florida; LCSW strongly preferred.
• Experience in the behavioral or mental health treatment field.
